Just received this notice in the mail. Can't say I was expecting to hear from NAV again.
The recapitalisation proposal looks interesting but it's a long road ahead to expect any value in the shares. What it does do is allow long-suffering holders an avenue to crystallise losses carried over when it first entered administration.
