they are going to need to. some pretty steep discounts will apply to the shares being issued (talk of 70% and 80%)
Warrant holders being looked after. Soph's being looked after. Directors getting more issued at these levels.
Current holders arent getting a lot at the moment.
Share price going no where, liquidity dried up.
