I've calmed down a bit now .
If the raising enables them to access a significant proportion of the Macq facility then it could be beneficial to all shareholders .
The shares are to be issued in tranches over 3 months . Could do with a lock in period to stop the sophi's selling between raisings to force down the next issue price .
EEG operate exceptionally well . It is true that what they need is greater scale to offset fixed costs .
Maybe this can provide it .
