Going to vote against this unless they modify the proposal to include a rights issue at the same price the sophi's get in at .
Management don't have enough skin in the game at the moment and will have even less of a percentage after this .
It would be unacceptable to treat existing shareholders in this way by not giving them the chance to participate on the same terms .
