Nothing like announcing an issue just one trading day after paying an analyst to put out a review on EEG that saw the price increase 50% and now they'll increase issued shares by 100% to raise $5mil - they say it's money for potential acquisitions but the fine print says it can be used to pay off part of MacqBank's debt or for working capital - I would say the odds are that Macq Bank will get the lion's share of the $5mil.
