Yes OEX rubbing salt into peoples wounds with that announcement! However even though we have experienced dilution with the latest placement at least we won't experience more dilution with all those options not been converted. Share price might strangely head north after September. OEX haven't had a chance to bungle Cambay drilling yet with this latest money so it must be close to a buy and wait for the inevitable pump n dump.
