Per the announcement the time line is consistent with prior notifications

The shareholders will decide the fate of the merger, I'm sure majority will agree that the merge is best fit to transition the company to the next level and deliver/grow the products to market

I'm holding and voting yes to merge based purely on the quality of consolidated tech products and global exposure in a evolving tech imaging market.

This is not a traders stock and there will be sp dilution with the merge, but the target market is huge and growing , a chunk of the R&d expenditure has been expensed, and tech evolution is invitable.
