    A lot of risk here for 3DM shareholders. Still, 3DM hasn't been achieving much. Mach 7 will use 3DM's funds to balance the cash position. Mach 7 is still making losses. Independent expert says the deal is 'reasonable' rather than 'fair' for 3DM shareholders. If Mach 7 could announce some more contracts, I would be much happier.
