Not sure what the term "contract termination" means. Did they have rights under the contract to terminate? If not the correct term would be "breach of contract". I know its seems like semantics but its an important distincion as a straight out breach is much easier to deal with than a "cancellation" which implies rights to do so and can be a much more difficult issue to deal with.
C'mon boys give us more detail as it is a very important issue. How much deposit have they paid? did they have a right to cancel? What are our rights on the 2017 contract and has a deposit been paid on that? We should be fully informed as the release is ambiguous to say the least.
