There would be a few motives in not letting PDN go totally arseup, and it no doubt isn't ''to save on stationery and printing costs''. A paltry 2% in order to 1. bypass all sorts of regulatory requirements 2, so the enabler (AM, put in place by the sharks) doesn't have the fact he was in charge of YET another trainwreck on his CV 3, DITTO that dog Woods and it will appear (at a cursory glance) that he actually ''SAVED'' PDN.
Feel free to add to the list, if anyone can be bothered.
Oh! And 4, Look at the top 20.
