Agree with everything all of you are saying. But, history suggests that management do not consider results of negotiations as being "material".WE knew about the deal done with the "real" owners weeks before it was reported to the ASX and, frankly, using what I consider to be their obligations, they even should have given us the current results of the TO meetings and not leave it up to us to find that out ourselves. That "interim" outcome was VERY important, but, obviously not enough for us to be told. How simple would that have been?? But, no.
So, going by that, I wouldn't be holding my breath for ANY news, maybe as late as the next QR in late Jan? From my reading, after the TOs have approved the deal, I believe that the agreement then has to be formally ratified by the NQLC. Maybe Dugsab can enlighten us on that.
So, if that is the case, who knows how long that will take? The "end game" is the ML and they might just wait until they have lodged the application, or, even wait for the result, which, IMO, should take up the least time of the whole process. How weird is that???!!!
And, we are already officially in the "wet season"!!!
