Went last year to ask about FEL deal in relation to the supposed value to CFE shareholders when

• FEL uses the same offices
• no staff 
• consists of mostly the same administration and directors.

Reason cited was CFE is too busy to provide focus. 

None of this has changed according to last annual report.

No questions taken at TS AGM, so I will not be troubling myself from my own business to be there this year. Although if anyone is going and for some miracle get the opportunity to ask, I can send a list of questions.
