Mick its one thing to give approval about something we all know about, but this is asking to give approval to do so to whom ever however without further shareholder approval. My opinion is NO, as they've had a fair chance to get things right so far and further dilution is of no benefit to us without them showing us more results. That's only fair otherwise you're just pessing in the wind! Since when was conditional support ever a problem in society - have a look at politics for example. But you're a shareholder, you can vote how you like.
