I agree it is standard practice to take advantage of the 7.1 rule and not sure why this has been bought up like management are doing something wrong. I do find 10% a little on the high side though.
It can only be done once annually.
It will prevent being at the mercy of money providers but dilutes us each time.
It is normal practice to those complaining, so get use to it.
It would be nice to see any cr offered to existing shs' first, but thats the game.
Meagher knows how to build a company and knows how to fund it too.
If this shapes up as what is being suggested by early drilling etc, I am sure they will not be complaining then.
