I understand as per the 3rd paragraph in the previous post.

Hope I'm totally wrong but this strikes me as a way to appease the shareholder whilst they continue to draw their salaries...2021 to meet targets for their options?

Are we prepared to stick with this board till then if they continue with mediocrity. 

Yes, ADV are not great when it comes to communication. As a share holder, I want to be regularly up dated as to what our board are working on and the results of their work.  

Results  are what we need and soon.  Everything else will fall into place, including any incentive scheme for the board and staff of ADV. I'd like to see our board focus on putting some runs up, rather than devise schemes to line their own pockets.

There are alot of holders struggling to justify their investment...bring some results first.  We are the ones who need incentive....to keep supporting the company.
