You're right but I think these incentives are not asking for too much as if they are achieved, share price should reflect the progress and everyone starts winning (they can only exercise at 2.3c and 3c + share price must be 3c and 5c to 10d vwap + fundamental progress regarding current and future sites). Would be nice to see a corporate re-structure to cut admin costs and communication to shareholders improve.
