FWIW it’s a no from me on all counts particularly resolution 4. No to the first 3 as a strike 1 and put these guys on notice it’s a joke where we are sitting at SP wise and no to 4 because we don’t need any bloody dilution with cash in the bank and bugger all to show for it. I do however remain open to changing my mind between now and then not that it will make an iota of difference
