I hope you are right Beardy, and I agree. You don't need a Board if you don't have a Company, and why have an AGM if you are heading to wind up. Also all of the Directors are seeking re-election, so no one is looking to jump ship (which says to me they are comfortable regarding their personal exposure with insolvency). I take all of that as a positive sign. There must be serious financial discussions going on behind the scenes!
