Having recently alluded to the management lacking competency I am now convinced a deeper malaise exists, one of disengagement and a total lack of respect for investors. When I invest in a company I expect those running it to at least honour their responsibilities by providing the market with regular updates regardless of what is taking place.
I also join the growing chorus of opinion that the current board should be summarily dismissed at the upcoming AGM.
