Interesting, on page 5:
"In accordance with a variation dated 10 November 2014 Ms Heng has now repaid a total of $482,000.77
leaving a remaining balance of $386,147 which must be repaid by 10 November 2015. Security
documentation is currently being prepared by the Company"
