General Meeting content, particularly the Remuneration requires very careful consideration. To date, the emphasis has been on anticipatory rewards for Dave and the Board of Directors in terms of remuneration and equity incentives. About time Dave and the Board recommend and take a significant remuneration cut, but be rewarded handsomely when success is actually realised. I note that Dave and the Board cannot be in anyway held responsible for finding oil, but they should be bearing some of the risk burden. Have a look at RMP 2018 Annual Report under Remuneration, where Dave is paid more that the employees and Directors combined.
