There's a lot of unlisted shares. If you add the unlisted shares/performance shares etc, you can added 50% to our market cap
If you wanna go further you can double our market cap to include all shares which may be voted 'for' in the upcoming AGM

Mind you, most unlisted shares are performance based and will only eventuate on reaching goals. All of which as total sales/revenue based goals IIRC.
Will these shares will dilute holders, they add significant value to the company.
IMO, not a big deal
