I have to agree. A large number of shares being issued are performance ones and will only be issued upon achieving goals which increase the company's value If our holdings in the company are reduced in terms of percentages, the value of our holdings will still be higher due to hitting the performance goals. Which seem mostly sales related as far as I've seen.
