As to how he is till in there and as to how he manages to keep his position is totally beyond me.
Perhaps it could be as a good use because IMO he wouldn't have much say, IF ANY AT ALL, in how to run the company.
Could he be outvoted in anything put forward or is he just the mouthpiece for the rest of them.. Just asking.
