Is CDU going to amend its notice of meeting to the correct 28 days?  Wont any of the resolutions be deemed invalid if the correct notice isn't given

Has any shareholder written to ASIC or ASX to advise them that a company they are charged with regulating is attempting to convene their an annual general meeting without the required notice right under their nose? OR can CDU just do whatever they like now, no shareholders even care after being caught in this ongoing trade susssssssspension?

Moreover, what is the compliance and surveillance section doing when quarterly reports are lodged unsigned, no previous accounts are lodged and a notice of meeting is under the required timeframe.//?

Regulators in this country have been shown to be poor thanks to the royal commish, the simplest of things don't seem to be regulated...……………..id fire them all and start again with a group of uni students, they seem reactive rather than proactive------------------------ utter clowns imo
