I wonder why............................well, IMO it is simply because if they were to include it, they would have most certainly run the risk of getting STRIKE #2 and guess what.....................the all of the Board would have had to resign and go for a Board spill. Does anyone think that they would have been re-elected after all that went on.????

No doubts that Bruno is very good at it.

It only takes 25% of the total shares voted to force a second strike whereby the whole of the Board has to resign and step down from their positions (Yes including our dearly beloved Chairman of course) and stand again for re-election, where if we are to call for a Section 249D the Chinese will have the full control of the voting and will end up with what they want..

Very smart move Bruno. But not so good for the shareholders who are getting screwed a little more and not given/afforded the opportunity to express their feelings.

That is the Corporation ACT as written and controlled by our useless Regulators.

Yes I noticed no remuneration report to vote on perhaps in additional to supplying interest free loans they are going to work Pro Bono this financial year In all the years I have followed this company this is the least number of motions I have seen for an AGM ?

Also where is the Annual report ?
