they never answer shareholder queries. I have left messages and emails for both the CEO and the Company secretary regarding the non disclosure of changes to substantial shareholders. They just ignore it rather than address it.

They cant hide at the AGM though. I will be asking what the commercial arrangement is with Axiom Mining Ltd regarding office facilities and company secretarial services before we vote on rubber stamping the 15 million shares they got. Did they also get a big lump of cash as well? what do they have to do for this.?

Considering the company secretary has failed to lodge changes in substantial holding notices for shares held by Axiom executives or their corporate entities and with a whole heap of associates missing from the top 20 i think its fair to ask how much of a quality service we are getting for our money.

perhaps its time for AUL to employ a company secretary or engage a professional organisation to provide them rather than the "old mate" network that seems to be fraught with issues.
