This is a very old discussion and one that was thrashed out months ago when it was announced the BPG is discontinuing the relationship with SOARLabs and moving to Noetic. Contrary to what others may claim, and per the corporate announcement, the relationship with Noetic was already in place and that the move was one necessary to ensure that the progress and development would continue.

As previously stated, I have looked into Noetic and they are respected in the industry. Regarding the deployment of the exchange. Because of the change in Australian regulations regarding Crypto Exchanges and because BPG is an ASX listed company, based on previous corporate communications, it is clear that the company has to 'jump through more hoops' than an un-listed company.

Based on my research and my communications with the company, I am looking forward to the announcement of the exchange going live. It will the the only Australian ASX listed exchange.
