I wil say that I am not discounting the idea that the top 20 share holders may sell off part of their shares if the suspension is lifted - I think they may do and that if this is the case, this is likely to drag down the price a fair bit if they do.  I also expect a lot of downward pressure on the price as a lot of retail investors look for an early exit.  

Again DYOR and make your own decisions as this is a risky investment.  I have no sentiment on the stock currently.
