nht you are wise to have reservations. I must say that I am puzzled by what must be a conflict of interest surely. Why was HDY selected by Clee to get the vanadium deal when it has deposits in Argentina in South America. Surely VIC would have been a more natural fit when they had some knowledge of South American situations with their investigation of tin mining in Bolivia. So how did Clee make the decision and on what basis. Surely there is some form of conflict of interest in his involvement in both HDY and VIC and being offered a prospect. Does he toss a coin ? Does he decide on the basis of who are the major shareholders?
To me VIC would have seemed a better choice as they had the services of Mr Galvez when they were poking about the tin option in Bolivia. He could have been useful to deal with the Argentine side of things.
Conflict of interest is a tricky thing. Invariably not in shareholder's interests
