Seems that is the cap raising they were talking about. At least they plan to use it to drill. Down side is getting diluted to the shizen. Hope Everblu earn their money and pump the hell out of the SP before the raise.

Maybe they could do a minimum cap raise for the most promising target, and then if needed further cap raises at higher SP on back of good initial results.

Doesn't really reference a new acquisition previously mentioned. Maybe gone cold on it....or scared away from acquiring from potential related party.
