    Resolution 3 - 4 - 5
    I think:
    -Focus at Lac Rainy Graphite . Leave the rest for later
    -Still got enough Cash for Lac Rainy .
    Wait for Lac Rainy Graphite results - SP up then do it at 0.5c

    "4.2 (e)the Directors will determine to whom the Shares and Options will be issued but these persons will not be related parties of the Company;"

    I think : Issued to SharesHolders .

    Just my opinions.I may wrong - Love to hear from SHs.
