Don't you just get a warm feeling every morning knowing that the Regulators are all over the market making sure every transaction is carefully scrutinised to ensure shareholders are not being screwed.
Glad to see they are concentrating on the big issues - must be because they've got insider trading completely under control and clearly Robo trading isn't an issue in any way.
Just one thing though - if its taking this long why don't they just tell us to approve the transaction at the Annual General meeting.
Problem solved on the 29th and the Regulators can get on with their fantastic job of protecting shareholders interests.
