Non Exec Directors do not deserve cash dIrectors fees of $150k & $110k neveralone any perfornance based remuneration.
As for the Exec Director - a total cash salary of nearly $600k ( includes mobility $200k ) needs a big reality check.

Send a mesage and vote no on the remuneration report- these levels of remuneration are no longer acceptable to shareholders.

YES I agree: Vote against the remuneration report.
IMO Looks obvious some one is milking this and the share holders money,
looks like a big rip off
