Share price was 11 cents a year ago - now half that - why are they getting all these shares and options?
Mr. Lurie the Chairman/CEO/ Marketing/CFO is already being paid around $300K* per year
Changing the auditors as well - why would that be?
Whytee - please feel free to ignore these facts
* $1k per day (guess 230 working days) + $75K directors fees (as far as I can tell)
