It certainly appears that way. I'm glad the BOD gave us plenty of time to read the notice of meeting. I am more than a little concerned that the Executive Chairman is now CEO, CFO and leading the sales and marketing effort. The performance rights (free shares?) and options seem very generous with hurdles that will not bring much satisfaction to existing shareholders. The meeting will test the WA supporters group as to the retention of their newly elected board.
