I too will be voting against share consolidation,AND if attempted in the future, I am against any and all excessive and/or any additional remuneration and bonuses etc.
Performance bonuses are designed for performance and I don't see any performance here at all !!! (well no good performance)
If and any improvement happens in performance, it will be then that I may reconsider.
