I only just saw this, trying to approve a 10% placement for capital raising! What the hell is this, out of left field for me, they have enough liquid assets to get cash if need be, yet they want to dilute holdings and make SP fall more !? Who would approve of this. Unbelievable.
Did anyone from the forum attend this meeting? I would have loved to see what the energy was like in the room today.
