while the focus is on maricunga & SP is rock bottom there is no reason for LPI to spend $300k/pm it should be approx. $100k/pm, secondly number of directors should be no more than 5 & preferably executive directors who are involved in driving the business and we need a new chairman the current one is a passenger!.. MJV is spending $1m/pm which is fine as they are progressing the business...

MJV is doing all the work so LPI should do everything to preserve capital rather than waste it on director fees & admin cost... cut cost to $100k/pm
