we all have to make our own judgements as to what to do......i'll stick it out, and maybe add if i see some positive activity, but, market woes aside, the board need to hook into it and "add shareholder value", and, do it without one of those dirty, lowball raises to mates, however, i could see the bigger players on the register giving the board a bit of a touch up if they(the board) stuff around too much
