No problem in rewarding for performance, it's common in all stocks. In respect of the minimum target set at 500pj I look at it from this perspective. Way back when first drill results started to indicate strong possibility of commercial gas flows, our directors would have discussed the possibility of performance rights before the indication was given to the market they looking for 500pj as a target. Now fast forward to now when the rights are on the table. If I was wearing their hats, the target I would have set, given all the data available to them, would be one which I was comfortable in being able to achieve. If the results disappoint nothing is lost but the upside is terrific for 500+.

They are not going to set a target that's not achievable.
