I'm very tempted to go to the AGM - I have attended many of them over the years but not in the last three so it might be time to show my face again. I suspect the chances of getting enough votes to vote down the remuneration report is slim though. I'd be very keen to get a clearer understanding of what they mean when they say "the company has had numerous discussions with other participants..." given they could not even respond to a request for a potential licensing opportunity for the HA technology two years ago. I suspect the conversations do not exist. Another Aussie biotech ruined by Drona and Co.
