Im just musing to myself ok.....Performance rights make up the rumuneration of our management by giving an incentive ..........an incentive to do what? and when we know what we then need to know how?  I suppose if I think about that its a bit vaque to me as to what our mangement are doing in the way of 'being incentivised'  I mean apart from the standard announcements  and quarterlies should i be expecting more info like ARV MD was doing using twitter and other avenues to sell the company?
