Even when Co.'s are in sticky situations, burning cash, as NRW have been, this is when the top dogs earn the pay, Jules has steered us the Co out of dire straights, he would be head hunted by many if they could and the pay, I would believe be signifyingly higher, loyalty is in his remuneration package. If he walked there a rumble on the SP travelling south. I'd vote for a pay bump upwards any day within reason of performance standards.
