1) Are we still on track with FAL? Are we covered by insurance in the event of further delays? What is out liability?

2) Is NRW still interested in pursuing other public infrastructure contracts? ( on a stand alone or alliance basis)

3) why was a separate office established in Brisbane?

4) how is Gascoyne going? Are we still on track? Does our contract cover us in the event of further problems up there?

5) Hughes Drilling: in regards the ‘underestimation of work required to improve the reliability of the drills . Are protocols now in place to prevent such errors in due diligence ever happening again ?
- is ADB effectively pulling it’s weight ?
what is the margin NRW is seeking on Action Drill and Blast contracts and what does NRW want from the future in respect to this arm of the company?

6) labour shortages.: in terms of gaining and retaining good people, some companies have put in place employee incentive plans for regular employees.
