Salini is an experienced tunnel builder and presumably factored potential delays and accidents into it’s costings -especially as it was known the sandy ground would present issues.
Whilst we can follow the progress maybe the final reckoning won’t come until 2020 or later if the FAL project ends up being seriously delayed ?
