No probs mate. There was also an Appendix C attached to the buy back announcement on 12th oct, and it also states on there the type of buy back which is “on-market buy back”. So max shares they can buy back within the next 12 months is just under 54m shares or $500k worth which then these shares are taken off the market leaving approx 726m shares on issue whereas they currently have approx 780m shares on issue.
I am not sure what kind of fee PAC is getting paid to act as a broker on behalf of NVA.
