Whilst I have been somewhat critical of the incumbents pre Jack and co. From my understanding and notes I have made throughout the years on MEB from various phone calls and face-to-face meetings, it was they that lead the appointments of the current board, i.e., Phelps and Kennedy.

That said, it was my understanding they also pursued Jack to lead the commercialisation phase of the business.

Jack played to win, he didn't win. He moved on. Others on the other hand...

It is currently very painful for all shareholders, however, the technology is in tact and once the AGM is done and dusted, new CEO appointed, funding secured and FDA granted we will see the MC increase accordingly.
