The Chairman presided over this and he should go !!  It would seem that with the request to remove Andrew Maxwell as well  - he is also viewed as complicity in the destruction of the company.

IMHO - and not that I have heard  - but it seems logical that it would seem that the same behaviour shown to Jack and Peta has now been directed at the rest of the board.
