Directors should have skills that a company needs. We were told that Matt Sanderson was there for his communication skills between company and shareholders. With a "minimalist" approach to communication there is no need for him and I'm sure others could do the communication job if a change of approach was initiated. I would think a replacement with battery experience/expertise is what we require.
